We brew beers we want to drink ourselves and we only want to drink the best. Quality, innovation and flavour drives everything we do. The beers are unfiltered and unpasteurised and we source the best ingredients from the best suppliers including Warminster, Weyermanns, SimplyHops & Charles Faram (to name a few). We fill all casks and kegs by hand, and as the first small Scottish craft brewery to install our own canning line on site, we have total control over the quality of every beer we release.

We have a range of much-loved regular beers that have been fine-tuned over the years including the multi-award winning Local Motive, Odyssey, Grapevine, Chew Chew and Platform C. Added to this you’ll find west and east coast Pale Ales and IPAs, Imperial Stouts, Belgian-inspired beers, Sours and anything and everything our collective imaginations can devise.

First brewed for our local, The Cross Keys (Kippen), this beer is a classic, balanced, easy-drinking session style that’s been modernised by the addition of Mosaic dry-hops. A solid amber-hued malt backbone balances the complex stone fruit and citrus hop flavours to give a satisfying and more-ish beer.

Every great journey starts with a small step. Odyssey was the first beer created by Fallen Brewing and is still our flagship recipe. Brewed with light lager malts, Saaz, Citra and Mosaic hops this is a beer brewed to satisfy ale and lager lovers alike. Crisp and refreshing with tropical and stone fruit aromas and flavours.

Tart and fruity, this is our interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. Kettle-soured using a lactobacillus culture which lends flavours of citrus and ripe fruit. It is then conditioned on peach and passionfruit for a fruit sherbet explosion and lasting refreshment.

A smooth base of pale malts and oats yield a soft, pillowy texture, while liberal dry-hopping leaves this beer bursting with flavours and aromas of ripe mango and guava. The delicate bitterness allows tropical fruits to take centre-stage in this juicy, hazy and refreshing pale ale.

This is our homage to the classic pale ales popularised by the first wave of craft brewers from the West Coast of the USA.

Light crystal malts balance perfectly with US and NZ hops to give papaya and grapefruit flavours that develop into a lasting bitterness to bring you back for more.

A sweet, briney, chewy beer brewed with dark Belgian candi syrup, lactose and sea salt. The complex dark malt bill alongside the smooth honey notes of East Kent Goldings hops results in a decadent and satisfying beer that is also perfectly balanced and drinkable. The perfect accompaniment to a lightly-peated whisky.

This is a classic US west coast IPA bursting with hops from the Pacific north-west. Clean and refreshing with plenty of citrus, resin and pine this is a juicy, bitter and satisfying hop burst on the palette. The juicy malt background acts as the perfect platform for the hops to shine.

  • 5 gallon pins may be available on request
  • Direct deliveries are (generally) sent out in returnable branded vessels

  • Casks are fined with isinglass as standard but please ask if you prefer unfined
  • Fined beers can take 48-72 hours to drop bright. In highly-hopped beers like Platform C and Grapevine it can take even longer. Please be patient, it’ll be worth it.
  • Unfined cask beers are suitable for vegans (unless otherwise stated) and will pour hazy. Unfined casks may drop bright if allowed to settle for an extended time (7 days or more)

  • Supplied in stainless 30L vessels with S-type (Sankey) connectors
  • Direct deliveries are (generally) sent out in returnable branded vessels
  • Wholesale deliveries are (generally) sent out in one-way E-kegs or Unikegs
  • Keg beers are unfined, unfiltered and suitable for vegans (unless otherwise stated)
  • Kegs will pour hazy but may drop bright if allowed to settle for an extended time (7 days or more)
