A tart and fruity sour, this is our interpretation of a Berliner Weisse. Kettle-soured using a lactobacillus culture which lends flavours of citrus and ripe fruit. It is then conditioned on peach and passionfruit for a fruit sherbet explosion and lasting refreshment.
